Our Work
In 2018, we collaborated with the design firm Graven on a boutique hotel project for the IHG Group, situated in a remodelled textile mill. Our responsibilities included providing consultancy for furniture and lighting, along with creating a detailed FF&E and lighting service. Sadly, the initial budget was cut down significantly, due to prices rising in other areas of the project,
Tackling this at the very last minute, we quickly implemented a value engineering process, adjusting the furniture schedule to fit the client's budget while intending to keep the original design intact. Our experience enabled us to suggest cost-effective methods that preserved the essence of the interior design, steering clear of any furniture that was not suitable for the business.
We successfully carried out our services for all major areas of the hotel, which included 102 guest rooms, private meeting areas, the main restaurant, foyer and reception. We showed our expertise by balancing design goals with budget limitations that was vital in implementing a premium, cohesive interior that satisfied both the designers and the client

Our responsibility was developing bespoke products, handling order placements and negotiations with key contractors, managing the budget, organising warehousing and installation of furniture on certain dates. As well as carrying out a thorough and organised closeout documentation process and offered day two service while providing complete handover of documentation and certification as well.
